Assistant General Manager / Manager (Cabin Service), Operation Department
Working Location: Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
1) Assist General Manager of Operation Department in the area of cabin services, cabin attendants relationship and performance management.
2) Craft, develop and review cabin services related standards and procedures. Establish a mechanism to implement, monitor and follow up for continuous improvement.
3) Oversee the team of cabin attendants. Develop team’s performance standards.
4) Design and provide necessary training to the team. Enable cabin attendants' consistent delivery of service to the required standard.
Requirements:
1) Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably with 3 years in supervisory level.
2) Sound knowledge of crew operational environment & standards, including but not limited to safety and services.
3) Good knowledge of cabin crew roster pattern.
