1.    To enjoy this Offer, BOC Card cardholder must settle the payment with a valid BOC Card during the Promotion Period. 
2.    This Offer is only valid for ferry tickets purchased at the Cotai Water Jet designated ticket counters, and not applicable to the purchase of E-ticket and E-voucher.
3.    This Offer applies to Cotai Water Jet city routes only. Cotai Water Jet city routes: Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal to/from Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal.
4.    This Offer applies to Cotai Water Jet’s Cotai First ferry tickets only, and does not apply to VIP Cabin ferry tickets.
5.    BOC Card cardholder and the additional guest must arrive the boarding gate together and travel on the same ferry schedule. There is no restriction on the age of the additional guest. 
6.    All sailings must be completed on or before 31 December 2026. 
7.    This Offer is subject to seat availability at the time of purchase.
8.    This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).
9.    No change, cancellation or refund is valid once ferry ticket is issued.
10.    Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“CFCL”) will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ferry ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained.
11.    All ferry tickets which are altered or damaged will be void.
12.    This Offer is subject to the “Terms & Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage” of CFCL.
13.    CFCL reserves the right to change, pause or terminate this Offer and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
14.    In case of any dispute related to or in connection with this Offer and/or these Terms and Conditions, CFCL reserves the right to make the final decision.
15.    The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
