1.    Passengers whose birthdays are on the same month of the departure date (“Eligible Passengers”) are eligible to participate in this campaign (“Campaign”). 
2.    Eligible Passengers can purchase in person at designated Cotai Water Jet Ticketing Counters as set out below, to enjoy a Cotai Class round-trip ticket for HKD/MOP298 or a Cotai First round-trip ticket for HKD/MOP528 by proving their birthdays with a valid identification document (e.g. Macau or Hong Kong ID, passport for international passengers or Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau issued by Mainland China).
3.    This Campaign only applies to Cotai Water Jet City Route adult full fare Cotai Class and Cotai First round-trip tickets.
4.    Cotai Water Jet City routes:
-    Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal to/from Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal.
5.    During the Campaign Period, Eligible Passenger may purchase a maximum of two (2) sets of round-trip tickets of the same sailing schedule (for the Eligible Passenger and an additional guest) once per day.  All sailing schedules should be completed within the birthday month.
6.    Eligible Passenger and the additional guest must arrive the gate together and travel on the same sailing schedule. There is no restriction on the age of the additional guest, and ticket fare is based on the adult full fare only.
7.    The words “Birthday Campaign” will be printed on the ferry tickets. Eligible Passengers must present identification document for verification at the gate before boarding (additional guests are not required to verify eligibility).  If any deviation is found, Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“Company”) reserves the right to refuse guests onboard.
8.    All tickets purchased under this Campaign must be used on or before 31 December 2024. 
9.    No discounted sailing schedules are available during the Black-out Sailing Period.
10.    Tickets is subject to seat availability. 
11.    This Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discounts, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).  
12.    No change, cancellation or refund is available once ticket is issued.
13.    By participating in this Campaign, Passengers authorize the Company and its service providers to collect the personal data Passengers provide the Company and any data related with their participation in this Campaign (hereinafter the “Data). In addition, Passengers also expressly authorize the Company to share and disclose, in confidentiality, their Data with Venetian Macau Limited and its affiliates (“Sands”) and with any third party service providers of any Sands’properties that has entered into a written agreement with Sands that is substantially similar to the Company’s privacy policy. Passengers acknowledge that the transfers authorized may constitute an international transfer of personal data and that the different jurisdictions where affiliates and third-party service providers are incorporated may have different data privacy laws and protections from the data privacy laws and protections in place in the jurisdiction where the discounted ticket is collected. Passengers have the right to view their personal data, request additional information about its storage and processing require any necessary amendments, withdraw the consent herein or simply opt-out from receiving direct marketing materials from the Company and any of Sands properties, by either writing by emailing the Company at privacy@sands.com.mo. Passengers’ Data will be retained for as long as legally required and in accordance with the Company data retention and classification policies. Company takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

15.    Company will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ticket will be entertained.
16.    All altered or damaged tickets are deemed invalid.
17.    This Campaign is subject to Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage.
18.    Company reserves the right to change, pause or terminate this Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
19.    In case of any dispute related to or in connection with this Campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
20.    The English version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
21.    This Campaign is only valid for tickets purchased at the following Cotai Water Jet ticket counters, and not applicable to the purchase of E-ticket and E-voucher:
