1.    Passengers whose birthdays are in the same month of the departure date (“Eligible Passengers”) are eligible to participate in this offer (“Offer”). 
2.    This Offer only applies to Cotai Water Jet City Route adult full fare Cotai First round-trip tickets.
3.    Cotai Water Jet City routes:
-    Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal to/from Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal
4.    During the Offer Period, Eligible Passenger may purchase a maximum of two (2) sets of round-trip tickets of the same sailing schedule (for the Eligible Passenger and an additional guest) once per day.  The identification document first two and last two digits number and the initials of full name will be recorded to avoid duplicated redemption of offer. All sailing schedules should be completed within the birthday month.
5.    Eligible Passenger and the additional guest must arrive the gate together and travel on the same sailing schedule. There is no restriction on the age of the additional guest, and ticket fare is based on the adult full fare only.
6.    The words “Birthday Offer   ” will be printed on the ferry tickets. Eligible Passengers must present identification document for verification at the gate before boarding (additional guests are not required to verify eligibility).  If any deviation is found, Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“CFCL”) reserves the right to refuse guests onboard.
7.    This Offer cannot be used in purchasing E-ticket and E-voucher.
8.    All tickets purchased under this Offer must be used on or before 31 December 2026. 
9.    No discounted sailing schedules are available on the Black-out Dates.
10.    Tickets are subject to seat availability. 
11.    This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discounts, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).  
12.    No change, cancellation or refund is available once ticket is issued.
13.    Discounted ferry tickets cannot be upgraded to VIP cabin.
14.    By participating in the Offer, Eligible Passengers confirm their agreement with the privacy policy of the CFCL as stated on https://www.cotaiwaterjet.com/privacy-policy.html (“Privacy Notice”).
15.    By using Offer to purchase ferry tickets, Eligible Members hereby expressly acknowledges and provides consent for his/her personal data be collected, used, and shared as described herein and in the Privacy Notice. Eligible Members authorizes the CFCL to collect, use, store and process, automatically or manually, all personal data he/she provides the CFCL during his/her participation in this Offer (The identification document first two and last two digits number and the initials of full name and any data related with his/her participation in this Offer) (hereinafter the “Data”), for the purposes of offer redemption record. In addition, Eligible Members also expressly authorizes the CFCL and its affiliates (“Sands”) to share the Data and with any third-party service providers of any Sands’ properties that has entered into a written agreement with Sands that is substantially similar to CFCL’s privacy policy. Eligible Members acknowledges that the transfers authorized may constitute an international transfer of personal data and that the different jurisdictions where Sands and third-party service providers are incorporated may have different data privacy laws and protections from the data privacy laws and protections in place in the jurisdiction where the Eligible Members is located. CFCL will comply with the applicable requirements under the Laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region on cross-border transfer of personal data, and will implement appropriate safeguards. Eligible Members has the right to view his/her personal data, request additional information about its storage and processing, require any necessary amendments, withdraw the consent herein. Eligible Members can change, remove or review the information provided anytime by either writing to CFCL at Estrada da Baía de Nossa Senhora da Esperança, The Venetian Macao, Executive Offices – L2, Taipa, Macao or by emailing CFCL at privacy@sands.com.mo. Data will be retained for as long as legally required and in accordance with CFCL data retention and classification policies. CFCL takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
16.    CFCL will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained.
17.    All ferry tickets which are altered or damaged will be void.
18.    This Offer is subject to Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage of CFCL.
19.    CFCL reserves the right to pause, change or terminate this Offer and these Terms and Conditions without further notice.  
20.    In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer and these Terms and Conditions, CFCL reserves the right of final decision.     
21.    The English version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
